In 2008, Jeff founded 43º North Real Estate, a real estate agency with a very unique niche - marketing. With Jeff’s upbringing in the real estate world and his education in graphic design and marketing, he had the vision for a successful brokerage with marketing strategy at the core. In 2013 43° North joined the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Family and became Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate 43° North (BHGRE 43º North).

Jeff has worked for national and multi-national marketing agencies both in California and Idaho working on branding, identity, advertising, and packaging projects for clients such as Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Frontier Natural Foods, Con-Agra, and multiple small to mid-sized companies. By utilizing Jeff’s strategic marketing abilities, BHGRE 43° North stands out from the crowd of usual Real Estate Brokerages. The company has flourished, surpassing sales numbers of well established brokerages in the Treasure Valley. Michele Molitor is a highly regarded leader in the real estate industry with 25 years of experience. Her passion for real estate and commitment to excellence have earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor among her colleagues and real estate agents. Michele's expertise in sales, marketing, and leadership has enabled her to build successful teams and grow businesses over the years. She has been instrumental in mentoring and coaching individuals, helping them to achieve their full potential in the industry.

Michele’s 25-year tenure has encompassed numerous facets of the industry allowing her to create and add value at each transition. Beginning at the front desk of a brokerage, she then launched into a successful 20 year residential real estate sales career. Her aptitude for the industry and willingness to help those agents around her created a natural gravitation into impactful leadership positions. After obtaining her broker’s license in 2006, she made strong contributions as Director of Social Media/Marketing, Director of Education, Managing Broker, Designated Broker, and Regional Vice President while experiencing various brokerage industry models spanning luxury teams to boutique and international brokerage brands.


A Midwestern-Pacific Northwest hybrid, Michele has lived and explored many areas of the country. After spending the school months in the Mid-West, from the age of 6 Michele would spend her summers in Sun Valley, Idaho. The area cultivated her deep appreciation for all things outdoors. The Pacific Northwest provides the perfect backdrop to satisfy her desire to always be trying new things. She and her family settled in Eagle, Idaho 8 years ago where she now attempts to instill her passion for outdoor Idaho into her two teenage sons (when they can be pried off technology).  

Michele's exceptional communication skills and ability to navigate complex situations with ease make her a valuable asset to organizations. Her dedication to inspiring and motivating individuals to achieve their goals has resulted in significant career growth and successful sales careers. Michele has often expressed her unwavering commitment to being “an agent for life”. This philosophy shapes her dedication to enhancing her knowledge and providing exceptional service to agents, teams, and colleagues. An “agent centric” lens allows her to continue sculpting an ever improving pathway of success for those she supports.
