Job Description:

We're seeking a dynamic, creative, and collaborative individual to join our marketing team, a group of talented creatives that essentially functions as a marketing agency within a real estate brokerage. At BHGRE 43° North, we focus on creating enjoyable and impactful experiences. This role involves contributing to content creation and execution, fostering engagement and collaboration, and driving innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce compelling social media content for real estate agents, new construction builders, and communities, aimed at attracting potential home buyers.

• Manage multiple social media pages for the brokerage and individual agents.

• Stay abreast of social media trends and generate new content ideas.

• Develop and execute monthly content calendars, encompassing both static and video content.

• Coordinate on-site and off-site content shoots with agents and builders.

• Create a quarterly content calendar for all agents, providing ideas and posts.

• Maintain blog content across various websites.

• Utilize analytics to assess effectiveness and continually seek improvement and growth.

• Perform other digital marketing tasks as required.

Who You Are:

• A creative individual capable of transforming initial concepts into relevant content across various social media platforms.

• A content specialist who can craft compelling copy with minimal direction and is adept at generating catchy ideas.

• A multitasking expert comfortable managing multiple accounts and ensuring timely delivery of relevant content.

• Proficient in capturing and editing video content for attention-grabbing reels.

• Skilled in advanced video content creation, especially for YouTube.

• Bonus points for having a background in the real estate industry.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Videography, or a related field.

• Expertise in video content creation and post-production.

• Proficient in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro or an equivalent program.

• Expert in photo composition and crafting engaging static posts.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Effective interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to thrive in a team environment.

• Exceptional time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

• Prioritization skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines.

• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign (preferred).

• Paid Ad experience (bonus)

• Experience with CapCut (bonus).

• Drone experience (bonus).
