Team Collaboration: Q4 Recap/2024 Kickoff

We had an amazing turn out for this session! We kicked off 2024 with some true game day spirit complete with a grand entry, multiple photo ops and superbowl themed food. Jeff gave us a rundown play by play of what went on in the market during the Q4 season and gave us some compelling predictions for 2024.

Team Education (New Agent): How to Plan for 2024 - Growing Your Sphere

This session was a very interactive discussion regarding best practices and things to do to get in front of your sphere. Who do you know? Henly provided attendees a game changer spreadsheet that helps identify just who is in fact in your sphere that you may have overlooked!

Team Education (All Agent): Refresh Your CRM

In this collaborative roundtable, we dove into what the agents in attendance are currently using for their CRM and identified any pain points in setting up and working a CRM properly. Roundtable discussions like this are always very informative and encouraging and this one was no different!

2024 Business Strategy Roundtable

In this session we had a very collaborative and open discussion as a brokerage about strategies that people have had success in and shared some new and fresh perspectives. Veteran agents and new agents came together to share knowledge and learn from one another. It was a truly energetic and innovative session! A key takeaway was: If you’re going to do anything, BE CONSISTENT! Many income producing activities take time to come to fruition. Do not give up on something just because it does not produce immediate results.

Team Education (All Agent):Life of a File (2 CE)

Our life of a file CE class was a great interactive discussion regarding the process a transaction goes through once under contract. It was a deep dive into title commitments, red flags to look out for, and highlighted examples of title issues causing trouble that could have been avoided during transactions as well as cases where title insurance saved the day!

Team Education (All Agent): Vision Boarding Party

Our vision boarding party was a huge success and so much fun! We had the opportunity to gather, eat food, have some drinks and do productive adult arts and crafts to set the tone for 2024! 

“Talk Less, Sell More” with Dave Perry

Dave led a powerful discussion on how to have more meaningful and productive conversations with our client base. If we talk less and listen more that can generally turn into a better understanding of our client needs and allows us to close more deals. We should let our clients do the talking, and serve their needs based on the information we receive!

We gained insights into the latest innovations, technologies, and business models that are shaping the future of real estate. The agenda was packed with workshops, discussions, and valuable takeaways to apply to your real estate business to CRUSH 2024!

Motivational Session with Seth Jacobsen

Seth Jacobsen led an incredible motivation session that dove head first into how our mindset ultimately dictates our influence on others and our income. Seth challenged everybody to really dig deep on our strengths and weaknesses and pointed out how our brains can hold us back if we allow them to. Seth’s discussion was much more than your typical ‘rah-rah’ motivational session. This presentation was all encompassing, and broke down how small things like what we eat and how much sleep we get plays a role in our overall performance. Everybody who attended left the meeting with a deeper understanding of the pivotal role our mindset plays in our personal and professional lives and should know exactly what steps we need to take to maximize our impacts on others.
